Billy was tragically murdered when he was shot in his bedroom at home.
He will be very sadly missed by his Mum, Dad and Sister Elizabeth.

Hiya, basically my friend was murdered five months ago.. and theres a group of youths setting up a 'stop the violence' memorial concert. we are hoping to include Billy in this. there are going to be some big names featuring and promoting Billys tragedy aswell as other youths. But im lost for where to start.. I need to get in touch with Billys family and closest friends so if there is anyone who could help me out.
