Billy was tragically murdered when he was shot in his bedroom at home.
He will be very sadly missed by his Mum, Dad and Sister Elizabeth.

Instant Sadness
I drove pass the estate yesterday and saw all the police surrounding the area and the roads into the estate taped up and I instantly knew that someone had been taken..
And in my heart, for whoever it was I felt the instant sadness and a shiver in my soul.. and then today I find out it was you.. Billy..
May God give your family the strenght and courage to go on.
And may you Billy.. Rest In Peace.
